About the role
The Business Development Analyst will drive Etihad's B2B sales channel performance across an assigned portfolio of markets. Working closely with local sales leadership, revenue management and commercial teams, the role focuses on maximizing quality revenue and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support and implement analytical techniques to evaluate sales strategies, incentive programs and corporate agreements.
- Maintain a log of key sales actions and measure their impact on market share and incremental revenue.
- Drive robust sales planning ensuring country plans align with global guidelines.
- Ensure quality assurance of Etihad’s sales CRM, tools and data sources.
- Identify revenue opportunities through data analysis and monitor market competition to create action plans.
Required profile
- University degree in a related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with solid business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
