Business Development Associate – Recruitment

About the role

VK Global HR is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to expand its client base in the UAE. This is a sales‑focused position dedicated to acquiring new recruitment service clients, not a traditional recruiter role.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and networking.
• Identify companies with hiring needs and connect with decision‑makers such as HR managers, talent acquisition heads, founders and CEOs.
• Arrange client meetings, pitch VK Global HR’s recruitment services and prepare proposals.
• Follow up with prospects, convert leads into signed contracts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work towards monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and approaching new clients.
• Proactive, persistent and target‑driven mindset.
• Comfort using LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.
• UAE market experience is an advantage; B2B sales or recruitment services experience is a plus.
