Business Development B2B – Corporate Relations (Arabic)

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive B2B growth in Arabic‑speaking markets. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and corporate clients, promoting our portfolio of courses and training services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and attendance at industry events.
• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting key market segments.
• Learn detailed information about our courses and services to effectively present them to prospects.
• Address client questions, resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs.
• Keep an up‑to‑date customer database and track sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Patience and the ability to handle diverse enquiries.
