Business Development & Client Relationship Manager

About the role

VK Global HR Consultancy is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to expand its recruitment client base across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses solely on generating new business, securing recruitment mandates and nurturing long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and market research.
• Engage HR Directors, Talent Acquisition heads, founders and senior managers to understand hiring needs and present VK Global HR’s solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms and secure new client accounts.
• Maintain a robust prospect pipeline, convert leads into paying clients and grow existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in recruitment or HR services within the UAE.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and generating revenue.
• Strong network of contacts in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
• Highly target‑driven, proactive and able to work independently.
