About the role
This part‑time, remote Retail Director role is responsible for overseeing retail strategy, daily operations, and performance across assigned locations or channels.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators, budgets and forecasts.
- Support inventory, merchandising decisions and collaborate with marketing, finance and customer service.
- Coach and mentor managers, lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data‑driven insights to adjust staffing, promotions and operational processes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in retail environments with strong customer service and merchandising knowledge.
- Proven team management skills, including coaching and developing managers.
- Solid background in sales, budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities in a remote setting.
