Business Development Executive - Business Set Up

About the role

An experienced Business Setup Consultant is sought to drive sales and support clients with company formation and corporate services in the UAE. The role is based in Dubai and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into successful company formation deals.
• Advise clients on UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation options.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach and partner channels.
• Cross-sell and upsell services such as office spaces, visas, PRO services, bank account assistance, accounting, VAT and HR services.
• Handle inbound enquiries by call, website, digital ads and walk-ins, following up within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client records in the CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE company formation sales experience (mandatory).
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Experience in lead generation, business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of UAE Mainland and multiple Free Zone company formation processes.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to cross-sell corporate and business support services.
