Business Development Executive - Commercial Real Estate

About the role

Jaygee Sun Hospitality Management is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive to grow its commercial real estate business in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, acquiring clients and building strategic relationships with property owners, developers, investors, retailers, restaurant brands and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline.
• Build relationships with developers, landlords, investors, retailers and F&B brands.
• Promote commercial leasing and real estate advisory services.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Coordinate with leasing and property survey teams to turn leads into business.
• Manage client relationships and follow up until closure.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development or commercial real estate.
• Established network of developers, landlords, investors or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially oriented.

Required skills

• Strong networking, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Market research and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and generate business independently.
