Business Development Executive – Dubai

About the role

BM Events is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new B2B client acquisition across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role focuses on expanding the company’s event‑staffing portfolio by targeting event organizers, venues, hotels and corporate brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B clients in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Target event organizers, agencies, hotels, venues, exhibitions, corporate companies and brands.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and market research.
• Identify upcoming events and staffing opportunities.
• Contact decision‑makers, arrange meetings and present BM Events’ staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Close new business deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Preferably experience in event staffing, event management, hospitality or exhibitions.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market and existing industry contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.
