About the role

Insights Success Media LLC is expanding its Dubai team and seeks enthusiastic female candidates for the Business Development Executive position. This entry‑level role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce company services and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Positive attitude, self‑motivated and willing to learn.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to work in Dubai.
