Business Development Executive – Foreign Exchange

About the role

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results‑oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Foreign Exchange business in Dubai. The role combines business development, relationship management and end‑to‑end sales support for both retail and corporate FX clients. You will be the face of the company, generating new opportunities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across retail and corporate foreign exchange services.
• Identify, approach and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits and other sales activities.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable FX solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, logging all interactions, leads and follow‑ups.
• Prepare daily sales reports, pipeline updates and client visit reports for management.
• Provide timely updates on business development activities, market intelligence and client feedback.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
