Business Development Executive

About the role

PLECO FZC is seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to work on‑site in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline across key sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education and commercial real estate within the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new prospects, generate leads and create sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts, nurture long‑term relationships and coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery and after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, new business development, lead generation and account management, preferably within facilities management, surface protection or building materials in the MENA region.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel regionally and fluency in English (Arabic or other regional languages a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
