Business Development Executive

About the role

Infinite Horizons Consultancy is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business acquisition and expand its client portfolio in Dubai. The role involves generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and delivering tailored advisory solutions to entrepreneurs and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow‑ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and explore cross‑selling, referral, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client activity records in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Target‑driven with a commercial and client‑focused mindset.
• Experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, consulting, banking, finance, or investment services is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
