About the role
Artiflex Information Technology is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, attending client meetings, and promoting the company’s IT solutions. Quarterly performance incentives are offered based on target achievement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Attend a minimum of seven on‑site client meetings each week with an assigned senior team member.
- Learn, promote, and present the company’s IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify potential customers and support business‑growth initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and quarterly performance goals.
Required profile
- Strong interest in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.
- Willingness to attend regular client meetings.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
