Business Development Executive

About the role

Regent Advisory, a growing UAE professional services firm, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to acquire new clients and build a strong sales pipeline for its accounting, tax, audit and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify UAE businesses that need accounting, tax, audit and advisory services.
• Conduct daily outbound calls and professional outreach via LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases and business directories.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Qualify prospects, present Regent Advisory’s services, and schedule online or in‑person sales meetings.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate within approved pricing guidelines, and follow up until opportunities are won or closed.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional services to existing clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of business development or sales experience within accounting, audit, tax consultancy or related professional services.
• Proven track record selling accounting, tax or audit services to UAE businesses and senior decision‑makers.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel across the UAE for client meetings and events.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence in cold calling, prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently while meeting sales targets.
