Business Development Executive

About the role

The Doers Agency, an events and creative agency founded in 2014, is hiring a Business Development Executive in Dubai, UAE. The role suits candidates with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation, with a focus on events, exhibitions, corporate activations and marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and industry research
• Assist with social media, email marketing and online promotional activities to support lead generation
• Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, retail, automotive, jewellery, hospitality and other sectors
• Develop opportunities for events, exhibitions, mall activations, corporate events and digital marketing services
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key client contacts
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, conferences and business meetings to generate qualified leads
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal creative, digital and events teams to prepare proposals
• Prepare presentations, quotations and business proposals, follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
• Stay updated on market trends, upcoming exhibitions and events in the UAE

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
• Experience in digital marketing, events, exhibitions, advertising or related fields is preferred
• Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills
• Confident meeting clients and representing the company at events and exhibitions
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable with business development
• Good understanding of the UAE business landscape; existing industry connections are an advantage
