Business Development Executive

About the role

CLOUD6, a leading web development and digital solutions agency in Dubai, is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Executive to join its growing team. The role covers sales, relationship building and closing deals with companies from very different sectors, helping them refine and reshape their digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create new lead opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Review, qualify and convert inbound and existing leads into long-term clients.
• Hold client meetings, run presentations and discovery sessions.
• Draft proposals, quotations, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Maintain client connections across the sales cycle and coordinate project handover and onboarding with internal teams.
• Manage key accounts and look for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Chase payments and support receivables collection professionally.
• Keep sales pipelines, CRM notes and business development reports up to date.
• Represent CLOUD6 at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a web development, digital marketing, branding or software agency.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, with strong presentation, negotiation and strategic communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
• Advantageous: UAE market knowledge, a valid UAE driving licence and Arabic proficiency.
