Business Development Executive / Manager – Advertising

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, target‑driven Business Development Executive/Manager with proven UAE agency experience to drive new business acquisition, develop client relationships, and generate revenue across the advertising and media sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients across the UAE, generating qualified leads and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Pitch tailored advertising, digital marketing, media, creative and event solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide regular updates and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, marketing heads and key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of UAE sales/business development experience with mandatory advertising or media agency exposure.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients, closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Existing UAE client network and relationships with decision‑makers is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and comfortable working with defined sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong networking, pitching, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.
