Business Development Executive – New Sales (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to promote our MEA Construction Projects Database to the construction industry across the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on generating new sales opportunities and achieving assigned quotas while leveraging your Arabic language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence of the Ventures Onsite platform.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams to align efforts.
• Track, report and provide insights on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting market data.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with project management software and other business tools.
