Business Development Executive - Payroll Services

About the role

A company expanding its payroll outsourcing and HR services business in the UAE is looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Consultant. The role suits someone with a strong B2B sales background who enjoys connecting with decision-makers and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for payroll outsourcing and HR solutions.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with managers, finance heads, business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and recommend suitable solutions based on business requirements.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and keep a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in the UAE.
• Experience selling payroll outsourcing, HR services or other outsourced corporate services is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and close business independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engagement with HR professionals, finance leaders and senior management.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and results-driven.
