Business Development Executive - Property Management

About the role

A dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive is sought to lead and drive the growth of the Property Management Department. The role covers identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and helping the department meet its revenue and growth goals. It calls for a deep understanding of the real estate industry and strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target new potential clients, including individuals, brokers and institutions needing mortgage services.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the mortgage business.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions and other key partners.
• Generate leads through industry events, networking, online channels, social media and referrals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies.
• Work with underwriting, operations and marketing teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and track KPIs; promote mortgage products and retain customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and strategic thinking.
