Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Business Development Executive in Dubai for the real estate sector. The role expands business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokers, organizing meetings, introducing the project and getting agencies enrolled and registered. It works closely with the sales team so that engagements turn smoothly into sales follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers to generate new business.
• Schedule and organize meetings with brokers to present the project and discuss opportunities.
• Deliver a compelling pitch to agencies and assign presentations to the sales team as needed.
• Enroll and register new agencies.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis on trends, broker activity and competitor projects.
• Organize networking events, training sessions and exclusive previews for brokers.
• Provide brokers with sales tools, project brochures and digital assets.
• Tailor meeting pitches to each agency's portfolio, client base and business model.
• Use personal and professional networks to secure referrals and warm introductions to brokerage firms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry in the UAE, working closely with brokers.
• Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, broker networks and investment trends.
