Business Development Manager – Agency Relations

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Agency Relations will lead the expansion of Lapis Properties' broker and real‑estate agency network across the UAE. You will strengthen existing partnerships, onboard new agencies, and generate consistent sales opportunities for the developer’s projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new real‑estate agencies and brokerage firms in the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners and key brokers.
• Promote the company’s projects, offers, payment plans and sales campaigns to the broker network.
• Conduct regular agency visits, meetings, presentations and project briefings.
• Generate business and sales opportunities through external agencies and reactivate inactive partners.
• Coordinate broker registrations, agency agreements and onboarding requirements with internal departments.
• Organise broker events, roadshows, open houses and agency engagement activities.
• Maintain an updated database of agencies and brokers, tracking activity and performance.
• Provide regular reports on agency visits, new registrations, pipeline and sales performance.
• Monitor competitor projects, broker commission structures and market activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of business development or agency‑relations experience within the UAE real‑estate sector, preferably with a property developer.
• Strong existing network of real‑estate agencies and brokers in Dubai/UAE.
• Good understanding of the UAE off‑plan real‑estate market.
• Knowledge of broker onboarding, agency agreements, commission structures and developer‑broker processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to develop new business and convert agency relationships into sales.
• Ability to work independently and conduct regular external agency meetings and visits.
• Good reporting and CRM/database management skills.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
