Business Development Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Business Development Manager who is fluent in Arabic to help expand its market presence. You will join a fast‑growing fintech team and work closely with sales, marketing and product specialists to drive growth across key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and opinion leaders in Arabic‑speaking markets.
• Present FxPro’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular market research and provide insights on emerging opportunities.
• Develop and execute market‑specific strategies, webinars and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, arranging meetings and attending industry events.

Required profile

• Active portfolio of clients in a relevant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
