Business Development Manager – Ceramics & Building Materials

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth of our high‑quality porcelain tiles, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles in the UAE and GCC markets. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships and drive sales through architects, designers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE, GCC and Middle East.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors and end‑users.
• Develop strategic partnerships and promote the product portfolio through specification and re‑specification.
• Lead and manage the outdoor sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Represent Arteco Ceramics at design events, exhibitions and industry conferences.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing within the building materials or construction sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of porcelain ceramic tiles, slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and track competitor activity.
