Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaker)

A leading organization in the UAE insurance sector, represented by its client, is hiring a Business Development Manager fluent in Chinese to join its growing team in Dubai. The role suits a relationship-oriented professional who wants to work with a premium client portfolio, expand the organization's presence among High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with HNW individuals and key client networks
• Identify, pursue and convert new business through prospecting and relationship building
• Promote and present tailored insurance solutions aligned with clients' financial protection and wealth planning needs
• Build a strong referral network and stay active in relevant business and community circles
• Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales and revenue targets
• Work with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and a seamless customer experience
• Keep up with market trends, competitor activity and emerging client needs
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and business development reports
• Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, networking events and industry functions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory
• Proven track record in sales, business development or relationship management
• Experience with HNW clients highly preferred; insurance, banking, wealth management or financial services experience advantageous
• Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
