Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

Asmadiya Intelligence Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, CISOs) across target industries.
• Identify, pursue and acquire new enterprise clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC region.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to penetrate large enterprises and strategic accounts.
• Lead high‑level client presentations, negotiate contracts and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals.
• Establish partnerships with technology providers, system integrators and consultants, and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C‑suite executives and a strong professional network among enterprise leaders.
• Track record of acquiring large enterprise accounts and closing high‑value B2B deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
