Business Development Manager - Global Industrialization, Middle East & Africa

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries seeks a Business Development Manager to orchestrate growth for priority Chinese industrial customers across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will detect market signals, connect Siemens capabilities, and drive scalable digital industrial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and qualify journey and project signals related to Chinese industrial champions in MEA.
• Translate early ecosystem intelligence into qualified opportunity hypotheses.
• Mobilise country/account teams, China GED nodes, verticals and technology units around priority journeys.
• Create transparency on customer intent, project structures and decision networks.
• Support commercial teams in converting signals into pipeline and lighthouse pursuits.

Required profile

• Strong experience in industrial business development, sales, EPC/project development or key‑account strategy.
• Good understanding of Middle East industrial/project ecosystems, with exposure to Africa as an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multi‑party ecosystems and orchestrate across organisations without formal authority.
• High commercial judgment and ability to turn strategic signals into measurable impact.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and/or Mandarin Chinese are strong advantages.
