Business Development Manager – Global Manufacturing

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new‑business growth for DIOZ/VORN’s global manufacturing portfolio, targeting government, industrial and corporate buyers worldwide. Based in Dubai, you will work across multiple product lines including uniforms, EV fleet solutions, security systems and industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new opportunities globally, conducting outreach, meetings and presentations with senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and tender documents, negotiating commercial terms such as pricing, Incoterms, payment terms and lead times.
• Coordinate with production teams and DIOZ/VORN offices worldwide to build projects and close supply or framework agreements.
• Manage and grow won accounts, cross‑selling across the company’s portfolio while maintaining an accurate pipeline and weekly activity reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with exposure to export or international markets.
• Proven record of meeting targets and closing new accounts.
• Fluent English with excellent written and phone communication skills.
• Based in the UAE with a valid UAE visa or ability to obtain one; willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of export mechanics, including Incoterms, payment terms, documentation and freight basics.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace for preparing technical and commercial proposals.
