Business Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of hotel operations to develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality groups in the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of qualified hospitality prospects.
• Establish relationships with General Managers, Operations Directors, IT leaders, F&B and Rooms Division teams, Procurement, Finance and other corporate decision‑makers.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with product, onboarding, operations and management teams to ensure successful client handover and implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting, attend industry events and monitor market trends for new openings and strategic opportunities.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets while expanding existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of business development, sales or hospitality experience, preferably within the UAE hotel industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines independently and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Hospitality technology, SaaS, Property Management System (PMS), Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and guest‑experience platforms.
• Understanding of hotel operations, decision‑making processes and the challenges faced by hotel teams.
