Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out

White sand Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to join its growing team. The role suits someone with a strong network in the UAE interior fit-out industry who wants to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE interior fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Work closely with the estimation, design and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years of business development experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong client network and established relationships within the UAE fit-out market.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
