Business Development Manager - Investment & Real Estate

About the role

The company, a privately held international investment management firm based in Dubai, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its investment and real‑estate divisions. You will be responsible for sourcing investors, acquiring new clients, and building strategic partnerships that generate revenue through property and investment transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business‑development plans to meet growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new investors, property buyers, sellers, developers and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events and market research.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, institutional investors and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close investment and real‑estate deals.
• Identify, evaluate and present investment opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed‑use assets.
• Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and investment assessments.
• Source new property listings, coordinate with developers, brokers and investment firms, and support portfolio expansion.
• Provide investors with market insights, investment recommendations and regular reporting.
• Establish partnerships with developers, financial institutions, law firms, consultants and government entities.
• Prepare business‑development reports, sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, proactive and results‑driven professional.
• Strong networking abilities with experience dealing with HNWIs and institutional investors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, feasibility studies and present business cases.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high customer satisfaction.
