Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will specialize in selling primary market and off‑plan properties for top developers in the UAE. You will act as the main liaison between developers and buyers, guiding clients through the entire sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan and primary market properties from local and international developers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new project launches, payment plans and offers.
• Conduct property presentations in‑person, virtually and at events.
• Guide clients from initial consultation through booking, documentation and handover coordination.
• Attend launches, roadshows and exhibitions to generate leads and represent the company.
• Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, Italian, German or French.
• RERA qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in Dubai's real‑estate market, preferably off‑plan.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the off‑plan sales cycle.
• Proficiency with technology and software for lead management and sales tracking.
