Business Development Manager

About the role

AirAD is seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Abu Dhabi's property management and short‑term rental market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams across Abu Dhabi.
• Acquire and convert property owners, landlords, investors and strategic partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Property Management teams for client onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar commercially focused role.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate, property management, hospitality or short‑term rentals is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and investment landscape.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
