Business Development Manager

About the role

AirRAK is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Ras Al Khaimah’s property and short‑term rental market. You will identify new opportunities, acquire property owners and investors, and build strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with commercial objectives, targeting new revenue streams across Ras Al Khaimah.
• Generate and convert leads from property owners, landlords, investors and partners, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Property Management teams to support client onboarding and share market insights.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, preparing forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of the Ras Al Khaimah property market and local investment landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate and close high‑value deals.
• Results‑driven, commercially aware and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
