Business Development Manager – Liquidity & Trading Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager specializing in liquidity and trading solutions to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving new business, building relationships with financial institutions, and expanding the market presence of cutting‑edge trading technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients in target industries.
• Generate leads through outbound campaigns, cold calling, email outreach and social media.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads, present tailored product demos and articulate the unique value proposition.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and gather customer feedback.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs and forecast sales performance.
• Support proposal and contract preparation and assist with KYC documentation.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record with experience in liquidity or trading solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
