Business Development Manager – Luxury Design & Build

About the role

Alpago Design & Build is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for its luxury design‑and‑build portfolio across the UAE. The role is client‑facing, focusing on generating new project opportunities, building strategic relationships and converting prospects into secured contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new design‑and‑build and turnkey projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and developers.
• Engage early in concept and pre‑construction phases to position Alpago as the preferred delivery partner.
• Lead work‑winning activities, including preparing proposals, delivering presentations and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with internal design, technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Represent Alpago at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within design‑and‑build, construction or luxury real estate.
• Strong understanding of design‑led projects and construction workflows.
• Track record of winning high‑value projects.
• Well‑connected network in the UAE design, construction or development market.
• Polished, confident communicator with strong commercial acumen.
