Business Development Manager – MENA Region

About the role

FxPro, a leading international fintech company, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Based in Dubai, you will join a dynamic, multicultural team and help expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and opinion leaders in the MENA market.
• Present FxPro’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular market research and provide insights on key markets.
• Develop and execute market‑specific strategies, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, arranging meetings and follow‑ups.
• Represent FxPro at major industry events and document business development activities.

Required profile

• Active portfolio of clients in the relevant region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google apps (Google Workspace).
