Business Development Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access and parking solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Dubai, you will drive the company’s growth strategy across a diverse set of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on strategic markets, sectors and applications.
• Create structured market development plans and support expansion into new countries, customer segments and industry verticals.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of Business Development Executives in the region (initially KSA and Africa), set priorities, monitor KPIs and ensure effective market coverage.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and client profiling to qualify and prioritize opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, contractors, technology partners and industry influencers.
