Business Development Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Nest Real Estate LLC is a client-focused real estate company serving buyers, sellers and investors. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role identifies and develops new business opportunities, builds relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, and expands the company's presence in the Dubai real estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and network, and generate and qualify leads
• Conduct market and competitor research, and prepare proposals and presentations to secure new listings and transactions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement growth strategies and track performance metrics
• Ensure a high standard of client service throughout the business development cycle
• Attend industry events, stay informed on local property trends and regulations, and report regularly to leadership

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in business development, lead generation and client relationship management, focused on sales and growth targets
• Experience in negotiation, deal closing and contract management in real estate or a related industry
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse real estate trends and turn insights into business strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages common in the UAE market are an advantage
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Previous real estate experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market is highly beneficial
