Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

Daytona Real Estate LLC is looking for a Business Development Manager in Dubai to identify and develop new business with property owners, investors, developers and corporate clients. The role covers pitching and closing property management, leasing and sales mandates, and building a pipeline of leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with property owners, investors, developers and corporate clients.
• Pitch and close property management, leasing and sales mandates, and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Build and manage a pipeline using Daytona's tracking tools, with regular reporting on leads, conversions and revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, banks and other key partners.
• Follow up qualified leads through to closing in line with UAE regulations (RERA/DLD, TDRA and PDPL) and company policy.
• Research the market, pricing and competitors, and recommend ways to win business.
• Represent Daytona at meetings, events and property viewings, and coach and support sales agents where required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to secure new clients and business.
• Ability to build a portfolio of properties and owners.
• Evidence of successfully negotiated contracts and deals.
• Understanding of local market conditions and regulations.
• Experience building relationships with developers and corporate clients.
• Ability to assess revenue potential and profitability.
• Disciplined lead tracking and sales forecasting.
• Ability to pitch services and prepare commercial proposals.
• Experience managing a team or business development function.
• Ability to generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
