Business Development Representative – Bilingual (Turkish/French)

About the role

F5 is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects through calls and email, and setting up meetings that drive sales growth. Candidates must be fluent in English and either Turkish or French, and thrive in a collaborative, in‑person environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new market opportunities using research and data analysis.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to qualify leads.
• Maintain and update the F5 CRM system with accurate prospect information.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in an inbound or outbound sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing lead generation and sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish or French.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.

Required skills

• Experience with the F5 CRM system.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Use of outreach tools such as Outreach.io or Groove.
