Business Development Representative

About the role

Braze's Business Development team identifies, understands and helps potential customers build, enhance or transform their customer engagement offering. Business Development Representatives (BDRs) identify target accounts, develop and run email and phone campaigns, engage C-suite prospects, qualify early-stage deals and build personalized outreach sequences. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Research accounts and build a communication plan via phone, email, LinkedIn, video and other channels to generate pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with C-suite executives to understand their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges.
• Qualify opportunities and deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
• Manage their own meetings and bring in internal stakeholders as needed.
• Meet outreach KPIs, set meetings and close deals to hit quota; the commission plan is uncapped.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of BDR experience in the tech industry.
• Arabic language skills.
• Adaptable, action-oriented, precise and engaging communicator, creative problem solver, self-aware and coachable.
