About the role
Vesta Care is looking for an accomplished Business Development & Sales Manager to grow its home healthcare and corporate wellness portfolio across Dubai. The company partners with insurers, hotels, clinics and employers, and this role owns those relationships from first contact to signed agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and close new B2B partnerships with insurers, TPAs, hotels, corporates and clinics.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts through structured account management.
- Represent Vesta Care at industry events and partner meetings.
- Work with the clinical and operations teams to design service packages that partners can sell.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and report progress to management.
- Stay up to date on Dubai healthcare market trends, pricing and competitors.
