Business Development Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

Almarai, the leading FMCG brand in the MENA region, is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to drive growth in Dubai and the surrounding region. You will be responsible for identifying new institutional clients and alternative trade channels to maximise sales and margin of Almarai’s dairy and beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across institutional and alternate trade channels.
• Analyse market data to optimise sales strategies and improve profit margins.
• Lead and coach a small sales team, ensuring targets are met.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with key customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of van sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong supervisory, numerical, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
