Business Development - Waterproofing & Construction Materials

About the role

A company in the waterproofing and construction materials industry is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and increase company sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and construction companies.
• Promote the company's waterproofing products, adhesives and construction materials.
• Conduct client visits, meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing projects to secure orders.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain an updated database of clients and project opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in the construction, waterproofing or building materials industry is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify new markets and generate business leads.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
