Business Process Improvement Consultant – Capital Projects

About the role

Protiviti’s Capital Projects Consulting practice is seeking a Business Process Improvement Consultant to support government and private‑sector clients across the Middle East. You will help organisations design, implement and optimise processes, policies and change programmes that underpin large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BPI, policy & procedure and change‑management assignments for capital‑project clients.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations, As‑Is and gap assessments, and design customer personas and journeys.
• Develop To‑Be process maps, policies, KPIs, SLAs, forms and templates aligned with existing governance frameworks.
• Drive implementation of change‑management programmes and ensure client expectations and timelines are met.
• Take full accountability for assigned work streams, prepare reports, and support senior team members in client meetings.
• Collaborate with other Protiviti service lines such as Risk and Governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business process improvement and change programmes, preferably in construction, development or capital‑project environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle competing priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, accountable attitude.
