Business Process Specialist – Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Specialist focused on procurement to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead the design, documentation, and optimisation of procurement processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and map current procurement processes using BPMN and SAP Signavio.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus.
• Identify improvement opportunities, build business cases, and calculate ROI for process changes.
• Support automation initiatives and oversee change‑management roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams across multiple business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BPM Specialist or similar role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
