Business Setup Consultant - French Speaker

About the role

RadiantBiz Management Consultancy, a business setup consultancy based in Dubai serving entrepreneurs and organisations from over 100 countries, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant who speaks French. The role guides clients through company formation, covering licensing, documentation and regulatory requirements for mainland, free zone and offshore setups, and advises on banking and trade finance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through company formation, including licensing, documentation and regulatory requirements for mainland, free zone and offshore setups.
• Advise on banking options and coordinate with partner banks so clients can access transaction banking and trade finance services.
• Conduct needs assessments and prepare customised business setup proposals.
• Explain UAE regulatory and compliance requirements to clients.
• Manage client communication in French and English.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal finance, PRO and legal teams.
• Ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience from initial consultation to business launch.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in business setup, corporate services or consulting in the UAE.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Analytical skills to evaluate client needs, market and regulatory conditions and recommend suitable setup structures.
• Consulting and management consulting skills to design tailored solutions and guide clients through the full setup lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders and authorities.
• Foundational finance knowledge to explain banking options and trade finance processes.
• Beneficial: knowledge of UAE company laws, free zone and mainland requirements, client relationship management and working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
