Business Solutions Manager – Data Science & AI Projects (Revenue Management)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Business Solutions Manager to lead Data Science and AI projects that directly support Etihad’s Revenue Management function. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will turn advanced analytics into commercial decisions that drive revenue and improve customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data‑science, machine‑learning and AI initiatives from problem definition through proof‑of‑concept, deployment and production monitoring.
• Design, develop and refine models for dynamic ancillary pricing, forecasting, optimisation and other commercial decision‑making processes.
• Identify new AI/ML use cases, build analytical products and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Validate, calibrate and monitor model performance to ensure measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Digital, Technology & Innovation and Commercial teams to translate complex problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate analytical outcomes as clear commercial insights and support the adoption of solutions across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading the evaluation, implementation and optimisation of dynamic ancillary pricing capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate and implement AI and machine‑learning use cases that enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.
• Strong track record of delivering production‑ready models that generate measurable business value.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders in a commercial aviation environment.
