About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking Senior Consultants to join its offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha, focusing on government and public sector projects across the Middle East. You will shape problem statements, lead research, and develop specialized expertise while working with senior clients.
Key responsibilities
- Frame hypotheses and initiate research to find the right answers for clients.
- Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and structure solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide on complex problems.
- Support project teams across industries while having the opportunity to specialize early.
Required profile
- A degree from a top academic program.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
Required skills
- Analytical research and data analysis.
